Touted as the best pizza on the island, visit El Pirata in Ibiza Town.  For the best grilled meats, seafood, and other local specialities La Brasa comes highly recommended.  In the town of San Antonio, tucked behind the sunset strip is a hidden treasure, The Curry Club, featuring excellent dishes and a beautiful interior.

The Beach

Lastly, no trip to any island is complete without at least a little time spent on the beach (or a whole lot).  During the day most tourists soak up the rays and relax in the sand before heading out at night to enjoy Ibiza's notorious party scene.  The bars and clubs don't pick up until the evening, between 7 p.m. and midnight.
